Convertible Bonds with Warrant Attached Contract Status – October 2019 (FR)

No conversions or tranches have been exercised since 26.02.2019.

KKO INTERNATIONAL raised 3.8 million euros from new and historical shareholders at the end of 2019. This capital increase enables the company to replace the OCABSA program set up by ABO and European High Growth Opportunity Securitization Fund. Considered contrary to the interests of the group and its shareholders, the Board of Directors have decided to cancel the contract.
