A balanced ecosystem

For over 7 years, we have worked on finding the right balance as far as our agro-forestry model is concerned. Soil conditions, year long water availability for irrigation and harmonious co-existence of plant species are key to determining the final protocol. At KKO INTERNATIONAL, we have settled on 1HA of #cocoa = 1HA of #coffee = 1HA of new forest (#teak, #moringa, #iroko). The above ensures the right mix in terms of biodiversity and multiple, non competing revenue streams whilst maintaining end-to-end #traceability.
