Waste Management Initiative in Bocanda

As a result of the population growth in Bocanda—which SOLEA has been supporting for over a decade—the city is facing a serious waste management problem. To address this situation, the LACASA KKO Foundation plans to assist the local municipality. The goal is to implement the first phase of installing waste collection points that will be distributed throughout the city. An initial prototype of these collection points can be seen in the attached photo.

Meetings have already been held with the municipality, which has expressed its enthusiasm for helping us and partnering with us on this initiative.
